McSisters Merch was built on one simple belief: branded merchandise should be an investment, not an expense. We create thoughtfully curated collections of promotional products that people genuinely want to keep and use—helping your brand stay visible long after an event ends and delivering meaningful, long-term return on your marketing investment.
Back in the late 1990s—yes, that long ago—I was bartending in the Hamptons when I received a free Finlandia T-shirt that proudly declared, “Bartenders are gods. Obey the gods.” Oddly enough, I still remember it today. It wasn't just a T-shirt; it was proof that the right promotional product can create a lasting impression.
My career in promotional marketing officially began in Washington, DC, working on the Heineken and Amstel Light accounts. Those brands understood something that still drives me today: great merchandise isn't disposable—it becomes part of people's lives. I still own several of those promotional items decades later.
My career then took me into market research and later into an executive leadership role at a data company, where I became the person responsible for purchasing everything from employee appreciation gifts and trade show giveaways to client gifts and branded merchandise. My philosophy was simple: choose products people actually want. Products they'll keep. Products they'll use. Products that spark conversations. Nothing made me happier than receiving photos from colleagues and clients around the world still using something we'd given them years earlier (I'm looking at you, TUMI umbrella!).
After relocating to South Florida, I had the opportunity to learn the promotional products industry from the inside, training alongside some of the best in the business. That experience gave me a deeper understanding of sourcing, branding, decoration methods, and what truly delivers value.
